Vbscript action will result in a pop-up and action will run until the pop-up is reacted upon

Hi, does anyone have a solution for my below problem. 

I am running a VBScript action in Foxtrot. The VBScript will Retrieve Email Properties, and this VBScript will result in below pop-up. Normally the pop-up would be no issue, but in this case the VBScript "action" in Foxtrot will keep "running" until the pop-up is reacted upon. I cannot have Foxtrot react to the pop-up, as the action with the VBScript is still running. I hope it makes sense what I am trying to explain... :o/
Maybe someone knows a way to, in the VBScript, allow the access for 10 minutes or so, and this way the pop-up will not show or maybe there is a different way that I did not think of.

  Hi Ghita,
  
  this looks like your Outlook settings cause it. The pop up makes Foxtrot "think" the action is not executed yet, so it will keep running.
