This article explains how to use the email in Foxtrot in general. Normally, you wish Foxtrot to connect to your personal or a general email account to send and receive emails. However, sometimes you need to connect to a shared email inbox. In this case, you need to make sure to do two things:
- Set it to 'Receive Only' as you will not be able to send emails from a shared email inbox
- In case you wish to send emails, you would then have to add a separate email account, your own for example, that you can actually reply or forward emails from
- Set the email field to USER@DOMAIN\SHAREDMAILBOXALIAS@DOMAIN

Can you provide a ss of how this would look.
Hi Markus,
I tried to make a video illustrating what I'd do for our Foxtrot Alliance email accounts: https://www.screencast.com/t/1pOMGP0X3gq
The password for both credentials is the same - it's the password for the "main" account. What is essential is that you are actually sure that the "main" account has proper rights to fully access the shared inbox. It's not enough that it's simply added to the Outlook app with limited rights. In our (FA) case, I went into our Office 365 admin site and made sure that my account could fully access the shared inbox.
