When opening Foxtrot without internet access you might see this error:
This message indicates that the user is unable to access a folder that houses the licensing. If you get the error when your license is stored locally then you should implement the following settings:
- Set permissions for installation path & ProgramData folder (Read/Write/Modify on Users group)
- Find folder: C:\Users\<<username>>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\
In that folder, there might be a Program Files (x86) and a ProgramData folders. In each, there might be a Foxtrot Suite folder.
If there are any files within those VirtualStore Foxtrot Suite folders, copy & replace them to the appropriate “real” folder.
Once the files are replaced, try again to open Foxtrot.
