New Experience Levels
Three Experience Levels are now available: Beginner, Professional, and Expert. Each level provides a different set of tools depending on your needs. Users will be prompted to select an Experience Level on first launch.
XML File Support
XML data files are now supported. The Open Data Action can also be used to open XML data files.
New Switch User Feature
If logins are enabled, users will now see a Switch User option on the Account menu. This feature allows a user to switch to another user without closing the Project and Data.
New Resize Me Action
A new Resize Me Action has been added allowing you to resize the main Foxtrot RPA window.
New Email Tokens
The following tokens have been added to the Expression Builder. Unlike the Current Email Body token which provides the HTML body of the email message, the Current Email Body Text extracts the text from the HTML as to provide the “friendly” text.
- Current Email Body Text
- Current Email Body Text Length
Fixed: Speed Slider Bug
In previous versions, the speed slider could not be used in certain scenarios. The user would see an error message appear repeatedly. This has been fixed.
Fixed: Process Actions
In previous versions, the Start Process, Process Exists and Wait for Process Actions would not work if the process name included the file extension. This has been fixed. Now, these Actions will work if the process file extension is included or excluded.
Fixed: Reply and Forward Action
In previous versions, the Reply and Forward Actions would not format the email properly in some cases. This has been fixed.
